Job Role
Independently monitor, support, and promote the National Pension System (NPS).
Achieve sales targets by regularly engaging with HRs, Nodal Officers, and employees in corporate and government offices.
Coordinate and conduct NPS helpdesks and awareness sessions to deepen NPS penetration.
Guide employees through the end-to-end NPS process, ensuring they opt for Pension Fund during registration or scheme change.
Analyze industry trends and developments; prepare corporate presentations and related materials.
Undertake extensive daily travel across Mumbai and surrounding regions to meet clients, conduct sessions, and manage on-ground activities.
Job requirements
Minimum 4 years of experience in Sales or Business Development.
The role requires the candidate to manage a team. Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in team management.
Minimum qualification: Graduate; Masters degree preferred. Educated in English medium.
