Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive content strategies aligned with business goals and audience needs

Create, manage, and maintain editorial calendars for blogs, product pages, emails, social media, and other channels

Translate technical and product concepts into clear, engaging content for both technical and non-technical users

Collaborate with product, UX, design, and marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and on-brand content

Use SEO best practices and analytics tools to optimize content for discoverability and performance

Conduct content audits and performance analysis to identify gaps and opportunities and iterate on content strategy

Maintain and evolve content standards, guidelines, and governance.

Required Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or related field

45 years of experience in content strategy, content marketing, or related roles preferably in a tech/SaaS environment

Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills

Solid grasp of SEO principles, analytics, and content performance measurement.

Excellent project management and communication skills.
