B2B Business Lead Growth & Strategy
Location: Bengaluru
At Clevertize, as we scale our B2B business portfolio, were looking for a strategic and entrepreneurial B2B Business Lead who can help us grow partnerships with B2B tech-first brands building narratives, pipelines, and relationships that position Clevertize as the go-to growth partner for B2B players.
About the Role
This is a role that demands a strong business acumen, a consultative mindset, and an understanding of how marketing strategy unlocks growth for B2B technology brands. Youll work directly with the founders and senior leadership to define how Clevertize engages, acquires, and scales B2B accounts.
Youll also be instrumental in refining Clevertizes B2B go-to-market approach, positioning us as a creative powerhouse for brands at the intersection of technology, AI, and storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
1: Business Growth & Pipeline:
Build and manage the B2B pipeline from prospecting to conversion. Identify opportunities and convert them into business accounts
2: Strategy for B2B
Understand the challenges for the B2B brands and craft strategic solutions as part of the pitch and proposal.
3: Marketing & Thought Leadership:
Collaborate with leadership to define Clevertizes B2B positioning and own the narrative through case studies, insight reports, and digital presence.
4: Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with strategy, creative, video, and digital teams to co-create compelling B2B campaigns and proposals that fuse creativity with performance.
Ensure the business strategy translates seamlessly into briefs, executions, and deliverables.
5: Revenue Ownership & Forecasting:
Track business growth metrics, lead conversion, and revenue forecasts.
Take ownership of your revenue goals while building scale through structured processes and strategic relationships.
Requirements:
- 58 years of experience in dealing with B2B clients, preferably in a creative agency
- Deep understanding of the B2B marketing ecosystem
- Strategy background
- Strong relationship builder whos comfortable engaging senior decision-makers and leading consultative pitches.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Backgrounds
