Job Description
• Proven hands-on experience working with generative AI models (e.g., GPT, LLaMA, Claude, etc.).
• Strong understanding of prompt engineering, including: Role-based prompting , Context-aware prompting , Instruction tuning for AI agents, Prompt optimization for performance and relevance
• AI Agent Development:
• Experience building and orchestrating AI agents using frameworks such as:LangChain , Crew AI ,Semantic Kernel
• Knowledge of agentic AI concepts, including tool usage, memory management, and multi-agent collaboration.
• Familiarity with integrating external tools and APIs into agent workflows.
• Azure AI Services:
• Proficient in leveraging Azure AI Services, including:
• Azure OpenAI
• Azure AI Search (formerly Cognitive Search)
• Azure Speech Services (speech-to-text, text-to-speech, translation)
• Azure AI Studio / AI Hub
• Azure AI Foundry for model experimentation and deployment
• Experience deploying and managing AI solutions on Azure, including model hosting, scaling, and monitoring.
• Model Tuning & Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG):
• Experience fine-tuning models and instructions for specific use cases.
• Implementing RAG pipelines to enhance model responses using enterprise data.
• Knowledge of vector databases and embedding models for semantic search.
• Programming & Integration:
• Proficiency in Python and familiarity with AI/ML libraries (e.g., Transformers, LangChain, OpenAI SDK).
• Experience with REST APIs, SDKs, and integration of AI services into applications.
• Analytical & Optimization Skills:
• Ability to evaluate AI model outputs using performance metrics and user feedback.
• Skilled in iterative improvement of AI systems for accuracy, relevance, and safety.Your ProfileExperience with prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation). Knowledge of vector databases and model deployment tools (e.g., ONNX, TorchServe). Contributions to open-source AI projects or published research.
