Hiring For:- Azure Synapse Engineer

Experience: 6+

Location: Kolkata, Bhubaneswar

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Design & Development:
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements.
Design and implement scalable data pipelines, data warehouses, and ETL/ELT processes using Azure Synapse Analytics.
Data Integration & ETL:
Use Azure Data Factory and other tools to ingest, transform, and load data from various sources.
Ensure efficient and reliable data movement and transformation.
Query Optimization:
Optimize SQL and T-SQL queries for performance and responsiveness.
Monitor and tune Synapse workloads for cost and efficiency.
Integration with Azure Ecosystem:
Work with Azure Data Lake, Azure Databricks, Power BI, and other services to build end-to-end data solutions.
Monitoring & Troubleshooting:
Implement monitoring tools to track job performance and data quality.
Troubleshoot and resolve data pipeline and system issues.
Security & Compliance:
Apply data governance policies and security measures (e.g., row-level security, data masking).
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Documentation & Collaboration:
Maintain detailed documentation of data models, ETL processes, and configurations.
Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and business users.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience with Azure Synapse Analytics , Azure Data Factory , and SQL/T-SQL .
Strong understanding of data warehousing , ETL processes .
Familiarity with Azure Databricks , Power BI , and Azure Blob/Data Lake Storage .
Experience with big data technologies , data lakes , and NoSQL databases is a plus.
Knowledge of security and compliance in cloud environments.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Data Engineer Associate ) are highly desirable.
