Role Summary

We are seeking a Custom Software Engineer with strong experience in Microsoft Azure Machine Learning and AI-driven solutions. You will design, develop, and enhance software components to deliver intelligent, scalable solutions tailored to business needs. This role requires hands-on development experience, a proactive learning mindset, and a drive to contribute technical expertise independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently design and develop custom software solutions across systems and applications.
• Become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in assigned technology areas.
• Actively participate in technical discussions and contribute solutions to complex problems.
• Document application processes, workflows, and design decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure application performance and usability.
• Continuously update skills with emerging technologies and best practices.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Azure Machine Learning.
• Strong proficiency with Azure services including Azure Machine Learning, Azure OpenAI, Azure
• Cognitive Services, Azure Functions, and Azure Logic Apps.
• Experience designing and developing AI-driven agents and familiarity with prompt
• engineering/orchestration frameworks (e.g., Semantic Kernel, LangChain, Copilot extensions).
• Good understanding of data governance, security, and compliance within Azure environments.
• Proven application development experience within the full software development lifecycle.
• Experience integrating applications with RESTful APIs and third-party services.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with other cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) or hybrid cloud solutions.
• Familiarity with data analysis/visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Understanding of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
