Experience Range: 04 To 06 Yrs

Job Locations : Hyderabad/Pune

Job Description:

Basic understanding of cloud infrastructure and Azure services.

Experience with monitoring and ticketing tools (e.g., Azure Monitor, ServiceNow).

Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to follow documented processes and escalation workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor Azure environment through dashboards and alerts.

Identify, log, and perform initial triage of incidents.

Follow SOPs to address common issues or escalate as needed.

Document incident details and actions taken in the incident management system.

Work with support teams and provide timely updates on escalated incidents.

Ensure adherence to SLA response times and defined processes.
