Job Description
Job Title: Azure IaaS & Networking Engineer
Years of Experience: 7 to 10 Years (3 years relevant experience in Azure Networking )
Work Location: Bangalore (5 days work from office)
Roles & Responsibilities:
Azure Iaas:
- 710+ years of experience in cloud architecture, with strong focus on Microsoft Azure.
- Proven experience designing and deploying Azure Landing Zones following CAF guidance.
- Hands-on experience with Azure tenant-to-tenant migration of VM workloads.
- Expertise in core Azure services: Compute, Networking, Storage, IAM, Monitor, Policy, ARM/Bicep/Terraform.
- Strong understanding of:
- Entra ID architecture and identity governance
- Hybrid connectivity (VPN, ExpressRoute)
- Cost management and optimization
- Azure security best practices
- Experience using automation (Terraform, Bicep, PowerShell, CLI) for deployment and migration tasks.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills across Azure compute, network, identity, and storage.
- Experience in enabling Azure Arc Machine
Azure Networking:
- 510+ years of experience in network engineering with at least 3+ years in Azure networking.
- Expertise in Azure networking components: VNETs, routing, NSGs, LB, App Gateway, Azure Firewall, Virtual WAN.
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, BGP, DNS, NAT, IPsec, load balancing, routing protocols.
- Hands-on experience with hybrid networking (ExpressRoute and VPN).
- Proficiency in network troubleshooting using Azure Network Watcher, NSG Flow Logs, and packet capture tools.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Bicep/ARM).
- Good understanding of identity and Zero Trust networking principles.
