We are hiring an Azure Engineer to provide continuous operational support, optimization, and cost management for client Azure environments. This role is responsible for maintaining a secure, efficient, and cost-effective Azure infrastructure, supporting O365/Entra/Intune, and ensuring clients are maximizing value from their cloud investment.

Education and Experience:

• Hands-on experience in Azure operations, administration, and troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of Office 365 licensing, tenant configurations, and subscription management.
• Proficiency in Entra ID (Azure AD) and Intune device/application management.
• Understanding of Azure cost optimization techniques such as reserved instances, rightsizing, and hybrid benefits.
• Knowledge of server workload monitoring, patching, and performance analysis.
• Familiarity with Azure security and compliance best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to resolve technical issues independently.
• Excellent communication skills and customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities:

• Perform O365 licensing and tenant reviews to ensure compliance, optimization, and cost efficiency.
• Provide Entra ID (Azure AD) and Intune support, including troubleshooting, policy management, and end-user assistance.
• Review workloads and servers to confirm proper configuration, security, and performance optimization.
• Validate whether Azure servers are configured under 3-year reserved instances for cost savings.
• Conduct environment reviews to ensure Azure resources are being utilized effectively and aligned with best practices.
• Perform troubleshooting of workloads, servers, and application issues within Azure.
• Identify and implement cost optimization measures for clients, including rightsizing and licensing reviews.
• Generate operational reports and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
