About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced DevSecOps Engineer to design, implement, and manage security across applications, data, infrastructure, and cloud environments. The ideal candidate is a security expert with strong coding skills, cloud knowledge, and the ability to automate and scale security operations in modern and legacy environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and enforce security policies, standards, and best practices across engineering and data systems.
• Collaborate with engineering and business teams to embed security into SDLC and CI/CD pipelines.
• Implement and manage security solutions across multi-cloud, on-premises, and legacy systems.
• Lead vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and incident response strategies.
• Secure applications, networks, data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake), and operating systems (Windows/Linux).
• Act as SME for application, cloud, and container security, including Rancher and K3s environments.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in security engineering, DevSecOps, or related roles.
• Expertise in application, cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), data, and network security.
• Hands-on experience with containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, Rancher, K3s).
• Strong coding/scripting skills (Python, Java, C#, JavaScript, Shell, or PowerShell).
• Experience with CI/CD, deployment automation, Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, Ansible).
• Familiarity with security testing tools (SAST, SCA, MAST, API Security).
• Knowledge of compliance/data protection standards (GDPR, CCPA).
• Exposure to both modern (cloud, microservices, serverless) and legacy (monolithic, mainframe) architectures.
