Creospan is hiring for DevOps Analyst / Prod Support Engineer for one of our leading enterprise technology engagements based in Pune, India.

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated DevOps Analyst / Production Support Engineer with strong expertise in Azure-based application environments and DevOps practices. The role involves front-line production support, incident management, CI/CD pipeline optimization, and ensuring high availability and resiliency of enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, solid ITIL understanding, and the ability to work in global shift rotations (APAC/EMEA).

Key Responsibilities:

Provide L2/L3 production support for Java-based applications hosted on Azure.

Monitor and maintain production environments ensuring high availability, performance, and stability.

Handle incident management, root cause analysis (RCA), and problem resolution following ITIL processes.

Configure, manage, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitHub/Azure DevOps.

Monitor applications using Dynatrace and implement logging/alerting mechanisms.

Support Azure services including Kubernetes, Cosmos DB, SQL Server, Blob Storage, and Azure Static WebApps.

Work with Apache Kafka for event-driven architectures and messaging support.

Perform database troubleshooting using SQL/Snowflake.

Automate repetitive operational tasks using scripting.

Coordinate disaster recovery (DR) drills, production installs, and weekend maintenance activities.

Collaborate with Development and QA teams to ensure smooth releases and production stability.

Provide support in APAC/EMEA shifts as per business requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors degree or equivalent.

610 years of experience in Java-based application support in Azure cloud environments.

Strong experience in DevOps practices and CI/CD implementation.

Hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, and APIs for Production Support.

Experience with Azure Cloud (AKS/Kubernetes, Cosmos DB, SQL Server, Blob Storage).

Exposure to Apache Kafka and event streaming concepts.

Experience with monitoring and ITSM tools: Dynatrace, ServiceNow, Control-M.

Working knowledge of ADO, Confluence, GitHub.

Strong understanding of ITIL processes and incident management lifecycle.
