Job Summary

We are seeking a Principal Infra Developer with 12 to 16 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in GITHUB and domain experience in Medicare & Medicaid Claims Claims and Payer. This hybrid role requires a deep understanding of infrastructure development and will contribute significantly to our projects. The shift is day and no travel is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and maintenance of infrastructure solutions to support our healthcare projects.
• Oversee the integration of GITHUB into our development processes to ensure efficient version control and collaboration.
• Provide technical expertise in Medicare & Medicaid Claims Claims and Payer to ensure compliance and accuracy in our systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable infrastructure solutions.
• Ensure the reliability and performance of our infrastructure by conducting regular assessments and optimizations.
• Develop and enforce best practices for infrastructure development and deployment.
• Mentor and guide junior developers to enhance their technical skills and knowledge.
• Monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure issues to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our infrastructure by staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
• Work closely with project managers to ensure timely delivery of infrastructure components.
• Document infrastructure designs processes and procedures for future reference and training.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain high standards of code quality and security.
• Ensure that all infrastructure solutions align with the companys goals and objectives.

Qualifications

• Must have extensive experience with GITHUB for version control and collaboration.
• Should possess deep knowledge of Medicare & Medicaid Claims Claims and Payer domains.
• Must have a strong background in infrastructure development and maintenance.
• Should have excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Must be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
• Should have strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Must be able to mentor and guide junior developers.
