Design and configuration of Azure infrastructure (compute services, networking, and storage) and with the migration of databases and ETL processes

Database migration (primarily from Oracle to PostgreSQL; Azure SQL and CosmosDB may also be used in some cases).

ETL process migration to Azure Logic Apps and/or Azure Data Factory.
