Job Description :

We are seeking a DevOps architect, implement, and evolve the infrastructure, deployment pipelines, and performance operations behind a multi-brand WordPress ecosystem and an AI-driven content generation platform. This system powers hyper-local, SEO-optimized pages across 30+ brand sites, leveraging Azure Functions, OpenAI, CRM integrations, and headless WordPress APIs. You will support the end-to-end publishing pipeline from agent-triggered content generation to dynamic rendering in WordPress while also owning core web performance, CI/CD automation, Cloudflare caching, and schema validation. This role sits at the intersection of platform engineering, SEO delivery, and AI-powered automation.

Key Responsibilities :-

Design and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines for WordPress using CircleCI, Git, and WP-CLI.

Implement Cloudflare caching strategies, including TTL rules, cache purge logic, and origin fallbacks.

Automate schema validation, visual regression, and Core Web Vitals audits (e.g., via Lighthouse CI, Percy, Playwright).

Optimize page performance across 30+ brands by improving LCP, TBT, CLS, and mobile CWV metrics.

Support theme and plugin deployment governance across multisite environments.

Enable non-dev teams to deploy safely using gated workflows and rollback plans.

Build and maintain CI/CD for Azure Functions, AI agents, and microservices using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.

Automate cloud provisioning using Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates covering Functions, Event Grid, Blob Storage, and Cognitive Search.

Implement event-driven orchestration using Durable Functions and Azure Service Bus queues to coordinate OpenAI agents.

Monitor and alert on pipeline KPIs: content generation time, queue depth, failure rates, token usage, and publish delays.

Enforce secure access using Azure Key Vault, Managed Identities, and RBAC across all APIs and third-party services.

Collaborate with the AI, engineering, and WordPress teams to connect content outputs to publishing endpoints and indexing layers.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering roles (with strong web and cloud infrastructure exposure)

Deep experience with CI/CD pipelines: CircleCI, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps

Strong knowledge of WordPress architecture, WP-CLI, multisite deployments, plugin/theming governance

Proficient with Cloudflare, HTTP caching headers, cache busting strategies, and CDN performance tuning

Hands-on with Azure: Functions, Service Bus, Event Grid, Blob Storage, Application Insights

Experience with Infrastructure as Code: Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates

Familiar with GA4, Tag Manager, schema.org validation tools, and structured data best practices

Working knowledge of OpenAI APIs, agent orchestration, token usage handling, and content QA

Scripting skills in Bash, Python, or PowerShell

Strong debugging, observability, and incident response skills across frontend and cloud pipelines
