Responsibilities
- Develop and implement data solutions using Azure Data Factory SQL Microsoft Business Intelligence to streamline business operations and improve data management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design data workflows that meet business needs.
- Optimize existing data pipelines for performance and reliability ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Monitor and troubleshoot data processes resolving issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain system efficiency.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve data solutions and processes.
- Document data workflows and processes to ensure transparency and facilitate knowledge sharing across teams.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Participate in project planning and provide estimates for development tasks ensuring timely delivery of solutions.
- Engage with stakeholders to understand business objectives and align data solutions with organizational goals.
- Implement data security measures to protect sensitive information and comply with regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to the development of data governance policies and procedures to enhance data quality and consistency.
- Utilize domain knowledge in the Payer sector to tailor data solutions that address specific industry challenges.
