Location: Bangalore

Notice period: Immediate to 15 days
Job Description:
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or data management with a strong focus on Azure cloud data solutions.
- Hands-on expertise in Azure Databricks (PySpark, Delta Lake, Workflows, Notebooks) for large-scale data processing and pipeline orchestration.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL for complex data modelling, transformation, and performance optimization in Azure environments.
- Proven experience designing and implementing end-to-end data pipelines using Azure Data Factory (ADF), Synapse Analytics, and Data Lake Storage (ADLS).
- Strong understanding of data architecture, data warehousing, and data governance principles within Azure ecosystems.
- Ability to lead and mentor data engineering teams, manage project deliverables, and collaborate across business, analytics, and IT teams.
- Experience implementing data quality, lineage, and security frameworks aligned with enterprise and regulatory standards.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills with a track record of delivering scalable, high-performance Azure data solutions.
