Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Azure Data Engineer to join our engineering team. The role involves designing and building robust, scalable data pipelines, working with crossfunctional teams, and contributing to highquality, maintainable data solutions on the Azure ecosystem.

Technical Skills

• Programming: Python
• Big Data: PySpark
• Cloud Platform: Azure Cloud
• Data Engineering Tools: Databricks, Unity Catalog
• NoSQL Databases: CosmosDB, MongoDB, etc.
• Additional: Basic understanding of Data Science concepts

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain data transformation pipelines using PySpark and Databricks.
• Efficiently manage and process large datasets.
• Manage and optimize NoSQL databases, specifically CosmosDB.
• Implement and maintain complex data calculation logic and formulas.
• Collaborate closely with software engineering teams for integration and delivery.
• Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and sprint planning.
• Contribute to automation, testing, and deployment processes to improve development efficiency.
