Shift Timings: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM

We are looking for a skilled Azure Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to support application connectivity, firewall configuration, and troubleshooting across Azure-based infrastructure. This role requires close collaboration with infrastructure and network teams to ensure secure, stable, and reliable system communication.

Key Responsibilities

Connectivity & Firewall Management

• Analyze and define connectivity requirements between application servers, databases, and dependent systems
• Review existing connectivity analysis across multiple servers
• Identify communication gaps and propose appropriate firewall rules
• Coordinate with ADV teams to implement firewall configurations
• Test and document firewall rules to ensure expected connectivity

Application & Database Troubleshooting

• Troubleshoot issues related to migrated applications
• Validate and troubleshoot .NET connection strings
• Validate and troubleshoot SQL Server jobs
• Validate and troubleshoot SSIS packages
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to Azure Load Balancer and Azure Application Gateway

Automation (Nice to Have)

• Automate operational tasks using Python and/or PowerShell
• Automate firewall rule testing
• Automate connection string updates (potentially using Azure DevOps)

Desired Profile

• Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Hands-on experience with Azure infrastructure and networking
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Good documentation and communication skills
