Axiom Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Axiom Developer with extensive expertise in PL/SQL to lead the technical implementation of our regulatory reporting framework. This role is critical in bridging the gap between complex financial regulations and robust technical execution. The successful candidate will design, develop, and optimize data-driven solutions within the AxiomSL ControllerView platform to ensure compliance with global mandates.

Locations: Pune/Bangalore/Chennai

Core Responsibilities

• Technical Development: Architect and maintain high-performance Oracle PL/SQL objects, including complex stored procedures, functions, and triggers.
• AxiomSL Configuration: Lead the end-to-end configuration of AxiomSL components, specifically Data Dictionaries, Portfolios, Aggregations, and Regulatory Templates.
• Performance Engineering: Conduct deep-dive SQL performance tuning and optimization to manage large-scale financial datasets efficiently.
• Regulatory Implementation: Interpret and implement technical requirements for key regulatory frameworks such as Basel III/IV, IFRS, Liquidity (LCR/NSFR), and Capital Adequacy.
• ETL & Data Integration: Design and oversee ETL processes and data warehousing workflows to ensure seamless data lineage from source systems to regulatory outputs.
• Agile Collaboration: Actively participate in Scrum ceremonies, contributing to technical grooming, sprint planning, and peer code reviews.

Technical Qualifications

• Platform Expertise: Proven hands-on experience with the AxiomSL (ControllerView) platform.
• Database Mastery: Advanced proficiency in Oracle Database development and PL/SQL programming.
• Data Architecture: Strong understanding of Data Warehousing (DWH) concepts and ETL best practices.
• Domain Knowledge: Solid foundational knowledge of financial regulatory reporting standards and banking products.
• Analytical Rigor: Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex data reconciliation issues.
