Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced AWS Migration Lead to drive cloud migration and modernization initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Kubernetes-based platforms, AWS services, and cloud-native monitoring and security practices.

Key Responsibilities & Skills
- Deep expertise in Kubernetes (deployment, scaling, troubleshooting)
- Hands-on experience with Helm charts for Kubernetes operations
- Strong knowledge of Istio service mesh
- Proficiency in AWS services : EKS, S3, EC2, RDS, DocumentDB, ELB
- Experience with Prometheus and Grafana for monitoring and observability
- Familiarity with Redis for caching and data management
- Solid understanding of networking concepts in Kubernetes and cloud environments
- Experience working with GitLab CI/CD pipelines
- Scripting skills in Bash, Python , or similar
- Good understanding of security best practices for cloud-native applications
