AWS DevOps Engineer

Key Responsibilities

•             Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Develop, manage, and maintain infrastructure using tools like AWS CloudFormation and Terraform.

•             Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD): Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins to automate the build, test, and deployment processes.

•             Serverless Computing: Design and deploy serverless applications using AWS Lambda to ensure scalability and cost-efficiency.

•             Data Management: Utilize AWS S3 for data storage, backups, and content distribution, and AWS Glue for data integration and preparation.

•             Security and Access Management: Manage IAM roles and policies to control access to AWS services and resources, ensuring a secure cloud environment.

•             Encryption and Key Management: Use AWS KMS to manage encryption keys and ensure data security through robust encryption practices.

•             Monitoring and Logging: Implement monitoring solutions to ensure system health and performance, troubleshoot issues, and enhance reliability.

Required Skills and Qualifications

•             Experience: At least 6 years of experience in DevOps or cloud-based roles, with hands-on experience in AWS services.

•             Technical Skills: Proficiency in AWS Lambda, CloudFormation, S3, IAM, KMS, Glue, Terraform, and Jenkins.

•             Programming Languages: Strong knowledge of programming and scripting languages such as Python

•             Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.

•             Collaboration: Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

•             Certifications: AWS Certified DevOps Engineer or similar certifications are highly desirable.
