JOB DESCRIPTION:
Must have:
- AWS
- Terraform
- Gitlab +
- Kubernetes
- Jenkins
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer with a focus on Jenkins OSS CI/CD pipelines, Groovy scripting, Ansible, and the in-house Shield Platform (a plus).
- Strong knowledge of Fortify and Black duck static code analyzers for code security and quality analysis
- Proficiency in AWS cloud infrastructure, including virtual machines, networking, and security configurations.
- Proficiency with Git and branching strategies.
- Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) for automation and process improvement.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Relevant certifications such as AWS Cerified
Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Groovy code, while transitioning to the internal Shield Platform with Ansible and YAML playbooks to ensure efficient and automated software delivery.
- Develop and manage infrastructure-as-code (IaC) solutions with Ansible, maintaining consistency and scalability across various environments.
- Utilize Fortify and Black duck, static code analyzers to identify security vulnerabilities and code quality issues, implementing appropriate measures for improvement.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize the performance of CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure, ensuring high availability and rapid incident response.
- Create and maintain documentation related to CI/CD processes, infrastructure, and security configurations.
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to optimize the overall software development lifecycle, ensuring seamless integration and delivery of software applications.
- Maintain and enhance AWS cloud infrastructure, implementing best practices for security, performance, and reliability
