Job Summary

We are looking for a seasoned AWS DevOps Architect with strong experience in Amazon Connect and Amazon Nova Sonic to design, build, and operate enterprise-scale cloud contact center and voice AI platforms. The candidate will lead DevOps architecture, automation, and reliability for real-time voice and conversational AI systems on AWS.

Key Responsibilities

Architect and lead AWS DevOps strategy for cloud-native contact center platforms

Design, deploy, and manage Amazon Connect environments including IVR, call flows, routing, and telephony

Architect and support Amazon Nova Sonicbased voice AI solutions for real-time speech and conversational workflows

Integrate Amazon Connect and Nova Sonic with AWS Lambda, Amazon Lex, Bedrock, DynamoDB, S3, SNS/SQS

Design and manage infrastructure using Terraform (3+ years mandatory) with reusable modules and remote state

Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure and application deployments

Architect containerized platforms using EKS / ECS / Fargate

Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting using CloudWatch, OpenSearch, Prometheus, Grafana

Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, security, and compliance

Optimize infrastructure for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency

Lead production support, incident management, and root cause analysis

Collaborate with AI engineers, contact center SMEs, and business stakeholders

Mentor DevOps engineers and enforce best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

Mandatory

12+ years of experience in DevOps / Cloud Engineering

AWS DevOps Architectlevel expertise

Hands-on Amazon Connect experience

Hands-on Amazon Nova Sonic experience

Terraform minimum 3+ years of strong hands-on experience

CI/CD pipeline design and automation

Strong Linux, Python, and Bash scripting skills

Experience supporting real-time voice / telephony systems

Preferred

AWS Bedrock and GenAI integrations

Amazon Lex, Contact Lens

Kubernetes (EKS), Helm

AWS Certifications (Solutions Architect Professional / DevOps Engineer)

Genesys Cloud CX exposure or migration experience
