Job Description
- Design, build, and deploy scalable and secure Amazon Connect contact center solutions.
- Develop and maintain IVR flows using AWS Connect Contact Flows.
- Integrate Amazon Connect with other AWS services (Lambda, DynamoDB, Lex, S3, CloudWatch, etc.) and third-party systems (CRMs, ticketing tools, etc.).
- Monitor and optimize call flows, call routing, and performance metrics.
- Develop Lambda functions for custom call handling and data operations.
- Implement call recording, transcription, sentiment analysis, and reporting solutions.
- Manage user and security configurations in AWS IAM and Connect.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to call routing, quality, and integration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, DevOps, and business analysts to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards.
