Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated AWS Business Development Executive who has prior experience in selling AWS training, cloud solutions, or AWS-related services. The individual will be responsible for driving B2B partnerships, corporate tie-ups, institutional sales, and government project support to expand our AWS training business.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities for AWS training programs and cloud solutions.
- Drive B2B sales with:
- Corporates
- Engineering colleges & universities
- Training institutes
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
- Pitch Learning Spirals AWS programs to decision-makers (L&D Heads, HR Heads, CXOs, Placement Heads, Government stakeholders).
- Develop customized proposals in coordination with the technical and delivery teams.
- Execute end-to-end sales cycle lead generation, meeting, proposal, negotiation, and closure.
- Create strategic partnerships for long-term business growth.
- Work closely with the internal team for campaigns, events, and lead conversion.
- Support expansion of large-scale AWS skilling projects.
- 35 years of proven experience in selling AWS training / cloud programs / IT training solutions / AWS services.
- Strong B2B sales background (mandatory).
- Experience in institutional sales or corporate training sales will be a big advantage.
- Understanding of AWS ecosystem and cloud learning pathways.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Target-driven with a strong conversion mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
