Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated AWS Business Development Executive who has prior experience in selling AWS training, cloud solutions, or AWS-related services. The individual will be responsible for driving B2B partnerships, corporate tie-ups, institutional sales, and government project support to expand our AWS training business.


Key Responsibilities


  • Identify and generate new business opportunities for AWS training programs and cloud solutions.
  • Drive B2B sales with:
  • Corporates
  • Engineering colleges & universities
  • Training institutes
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
  • Pitch Learning Spirals AWS programs to decision-makers (L&D Heads, HR Heads, CXOs, Placement Heads, Government stakeholders).
  • Develop customized proposals in coordination with the technical and delivery teams.
  • Execute end-to-end sales cycle lead generation, meeting, proposal, negotiation, and closure.
  • Create strategic partnerships for long-term business growth.
  • Work closely with the internal team for campaigns, events, and lead conversion.
  • Support expansion of large-scale AWS skilling projects.


Required Skills & Experience


  • 35 years of proven experience in selling AWS training / cloud programs / IT training solutions / AWS services.
  • Strong B2B sales background (mandatory).
  • Experience in institutional sales or corporate training sales will be a big advantage.
  • Understanding of AWS ecosystem and cloud learning pathways.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Target-driven with a strong conversion mindset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
