Job Description:

• Support software product development, automation, and operations
• Create new or update existing indexes for data ingestion.
• Collaborate with business partners and team members to ensure alignment with business requirements
• Understand Business requirement and translate into flowchart design.
• Coordinate with cross functional teams on pre/post target audience activities.
• Should have good knowledge on (Architecture& Internals, Functionalities, Administration, Installation & Configuration, Upgrade & Migration)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design and develop dashboards in Grafana and Kibana.
• Write queries in Grafana to pull data from tools like Elastic search, MYSQL, Oracle, App dynamics to create dashboards / flow maps.
• Merge data from different sources in one dashboard.
• Perform DB engineering tasks such as data conversions, process optimization and database development for fine tuning required data.
• Ingest data into Elastic Search from various data sources.
• Integrate with different tools, API integrations and reports.
• Plan, install and maintain automation software on various platforms
• Provide technical support to dashboard users.
• Interface with outside vendors to coordinate problem resolution

Job Skills/Qualification

• Experience in AngularJS or ReactJS, NodeJS, python preferred
• Previous ETL experience in working required (3-5 years)
• Must have Grafana& Kibana development skills - required (3-5 years)
• Strong experience on AWS and AZURE
• Experience of Log Analytics, Metrics collection and visualizations required(3-5 years)
• Experience working with opensource communities and Basic knowledge in the domain of infra/application monitoring
• Experience in configuring dashboards, alerts and alarms using Grafana/Kibana
• Integration with different tools, API integrations and reports
• Exposure to analyse from dashboard, recommend and suggest
• Experience to gather, analyse, transform, and ingest data from source to Elastic Search.
• Strong understanding of Elasticsearch index configuration options
• Experience with Data visualization, creating dashboards to display time-based data plots.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills to debug issues / integrate using Json, API, CI/CD pipeline using scripts etc.
• Fair Understanding of Basic databases like Oracle/MSSQL/NoSQL.
• Comfortable navigating and executing operational commands in both Linux and Windows environments
