Roles & Responsibilities

B2B / Institutional selling for Leadup Universe's

1.Talent Offerings across functional products

2.Management Development Journeys

This is an Individual Contributor Role

The candidate is required to:

1. Map Sr. Leaders/organisations CHRO, CXOs

2. Do a minimum of 3 meetings a day with Sr. Leaders

3. Achieve business targets for the offerings

4. Coordinate with operations to help deliver value to the members

5. Highly target-oriented

6. Can travel to metros back-to-back to meet clients

7. Have taken 8-10 crores quota individually or with a smaller team

Attitude & Skills

1.Staying at it - constantly identifying ways to build more pipeline & close sales

2.Constantly learning about the offerings by Leadup and also doing a SWOT analysis against the competitions products & services

3.Relationship-oriented - build long-term and deep relationships with Sr. Leaders

4.Diligent - delivering on commitments

5.Proficient with account management strategies

6.Selling & influencing skills

7.Good written and spoken communication (English and Hindi)

8.Maturity to handle situations and think on the feet

9.Proficiency in making presentations

10.Has dealt with CXOs and senior leaders

11.Managed senior leader engagements

12.Understands the territory and has good connections in the B2B space (min of 80-100 clients)

13.Has been able to get sponsors for events

Qualification:

PG - necessary

Selling / Marketing PG desirable like an MBA

Remuneration

Will be commensurate with experience and last CTC
