This is regarding job opportunity with leading private bank.

Designation: AVP/VP Credit Compliance

Location: Mumbai

Experience: CA/MBA with at least 10 years of work experience in credit compliance with Banking

Role & Responsibilities:

-Identifying any regulatory discrepancies in a few chosen credit proposals that are sent to the Credit Committee.

-Examining policies, procedures, and notes pertaining to credit. It entails providing comments and guidance to

-Verify if the bank's procedures are thorough and adhere to legal requirements.

-Providing advice on all credit and lending-related issues from a compliance standpoint in order to support the bank's business and credit functions.

-Giving the Credit Monitoring Team advice on a range of topics, such as EWS parameters, LDS, Regulatory Returns, and CRILC reporting

-Providing guidance to the Fraud Monitoring Group on RFA and Fraud Reporting

-To guarantee adherence to RBI requirements, regulatory risk areas of credit are tested and monitored.

-Participating in the bank-level implementation of the new circular on all issues pertaining to lending and credit.

-Coordinating and working with stakeholders to supply the information and data that the RBI has asked would help the team during the RBI Audit.

-Addressing the issues brought up by the RBI in inspection reports, including investigating the underlying causes of regulatory infractions.

-When necessary, interact with regulators to get clarification on the rules.
