Role Overview:

We are seeking a senior Data Solution Architect at AVP level to lead enterprise-scale data and analytics solutioning for global clients. This is a client-facing, pre-salesoriented leadership role , responsible for shaping data strategies, architecting modern cloud data platforms, and driving large deal solutioning using Data bricks, Snowflake, and cloud-native technologies .

Key Responsibilities:

Data Architecture & Solutioning

• Own end-to-end data solution architecture for large, complex enterprise engagements
• Design modern data platforms including Data Lake, Lakehouse, and Cloud Data Warehouses
• Architect scalable solutions using Databricks, Snowflake , and cloud services (Azure/AWS/GCP)
• Define data ingestion, transformation, orchestration, and consumption patterns
• Ensure solutions align with performance, security, governance, and cost optimization principles

Pre-Sales & Deal Support

• Lead pre-sales solutioning , RFP/RFI responses, and client presentations
• Partner with sales and business leaders to shape winning data-led value propositions
• Drive architecture discussions with CIOs, CDOs, and senior client stakeholders
• Estimate effort, define solution scope, and contribute to pricing and commercials

Client & Stakeholder Leadership

• Act as a trusted data advisor to clients across industries
• Translate business problems into data-driven architectures and roadmaps
• Lead architecture reviews, solution governance, and design sign-offs
• Collaborate with delivery, engineering, and product teams to ensure execution alignment

Technology Leadership & Governance

• Define reference architectures, best practices, and reusable solution assets
• Stay current with emerging trends in cloud data, analytics, AI/ML enablement
• Mentor senior architects and build solutioning capability within the organization
• Ensure adherence to enterprise architecture and security standards
