Job Summary

2050 Healthcare Raipur Rehab Care is looking for an experienced AVP State Head to lead state-level operations and business growth. The role carries full P&L responsibility and requires strong expertise in healthcare business and operations. The candidate must belong to or have strong working experience in West Bengal, Odisha, or Chhattisgarh.

Key Responsibilities :

• Business & Strategy
• Drive state-level business growth, expansion, and strategic initiatives
• Identify new healthcare business opportunities and partnerships
• Achieve revenue, profitability, and growth targets
• P&L Management
• Own end-to-end Profit & Loss (P&L) for the state
• Budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and financial performance management
• Operations Management
• Oversee daily hospital / rehab care operations
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, SOPs, and quality standards
• Optimize operational efficiency and patient care delivery
• Leadership & Team Management
• Lead and develop clinical, operational, and administrative teams
• Drive performance management and team engagement
• Stakeholder Management
• Manage relationships with doctors, partners, vendors, and government bodies
• Represent the organization in external and internal forums

Eligibility Criteria:

• 1015 years of experience in Hospital / Healthcare / Medical industry
• Proven experience in P&L ownership, business development, and operations

Candidate must belong to or have significant experience in West Bengal, Odisha, or Chhattisgarh
