Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Senior Staffing Manager. The Senior Staffing Manager will be responsible for overseeing recruitment efforts, building relationships with clients and candidates, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Key responsibilities include managing employee relations, implementing HR strategies, conducting training programs, and streamlining the recruitment process. The role requires effective communication, leadership, and collaboration across interdisciplinary teams to meet the staffing needs of diverse organizations.
Client Consulting & Relationship Leadership
Act as a strategic partner to CXOs, HR Heads, TA Leaders, and Procurement teams
Translate client business needs into staffing, contract, BOT, and contingent workforce models
Create and expand large staffing programs (IT / Digital / GCC / Product / Niche skills)
Lead rate negotiations, MSA, SOWs, commercials, and governance
2. Business & P&L Ownership
Own revenue, margins, cost, and profitability for West India
Build annual operating plans, quarterly growth targets, and margin improvement strategies
Drive account mining, cross-sell, upsell, and new logo acquisition
Strong understanding of pricing, yield, bench, utilization, and scalability
3. Staffing & Contingent Workforce Excellence
Build and scale:
Contract staffing
Contract-to-hire
Managed staffing programs
Contingent workforce / vendor consolidation models
Deep understanding of:
Workforce planning
Compliance & labor laws
Vendor ecosystems
MSP / VMS environments
4. Team & Site Leadership (Pune)
Lead Pune as a site head
Hire, coach, and scale:
Account managers
Recruiters
Delivery leaders
Create a performance-driven, consultative culture
Own capacity planning, productivity, and attrition
5. Stakeholder & Leadership Collaboration
Partner with founders and leadership team on:
Market expansion
New service lines
Strategic alliances
Represent the organization in client forums, industry events, and leadership connects
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience
15+ years in consulting + staffing / talent services
Proven experience in IT staffing / technology consulting / workforce solutions
Prior role as Regional Head / Practice Head / Business Head / Site Leader
Hands-on P&L ownership (not just support role)
