AVP - Record to Report , Product Manager || SME

Job Title: AVP Record to Report (R2R) Product Manager

Location: Hyderabad

Experience: 13+ Years

Role Overview:

We are looking for a seasoned R2R SME to lead finance transformation, controllership, and automation initiatives across global operations. The role will drive end-to-end R2R strategy, solutioning, and delivery with a strong focus on finance tools and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of R2R solutions with BlackLine with AI .
• Lead end-to-end R2R function including GL, reconciliations, close, consolidation, and reporting(AI)
• Drive finance transformation, automation, and process re-engineering initiatives
• Lead implementation of tools like Blackline, OneStream, Trintech, Redwood, etc.
• Own solution architecture and integration between ERP and finance workflow tools
• Manage global stakeholders and lead large delivery teams
• Ensure compliance with IFRS/GAAP, SOX, and internal controls
• Drive month-end/year-end close efficiency and reduce cycle time
• Support RFP/RFI, client consulting, and solution design

Key Requirements:

• Strong exposure to finance transformation and tool implementation
• Expertise in Blackline / OneStream / Trintech / similar tools with AI Agents.
• Experience in managing global clients and large teams
• Strong understanding of ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
• Proven leadership in consulting or shared services environment

Preferred:

• MBA / CA / CPA
• Experience in AI-led finance automation initiatives
