Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for an Associate Vice President (AVP) - Real Estate Sales. Responsibilities include managing and driving real estate sales for residential projects, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, overseeing due diligence processes, and developing strategies to meet sales targets. The AVP will work closely with developers, manage a team, and ensure smooth operations to achieve business objectives.


Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of Real Estate, and Investments
  • Experience in Finance and proficiency in financial analysis and planning
  • Proficiency in handling Due Diligence processes with attention to detail
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities
  • Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving business growth
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • Prior experience in the real estate sector is a strong advantage
