Role Summary:

Seeking a qualified CA with deep Record-to-Report (R2R) domain expertise to lead and deliver next-gen finance transformation initiatives. The role demands strong hands-on R2R ownership , client management , and exposure to technology-led implementations with a focus on Agentic AI and automation .

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a client-facing leader , managing stakeholders while remaining hands-on as an Individual Contributor when required.
• Drive and support ERP / Finance transformation implementations , including BlackLine, HighRadius , and related tools.
• Partner with digital teams to embed Agentic AI, RPA, and intelligent automation into R2R processes.
• Identify automation opportunities and deliver measurable efficiency, control, and accuracy improvements.
• Balance 70% R2R domain leadership with 30% technology/ERP implementation responsibilities.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) .
• Strong, specialized experience in R2R domain .
• Proven client management and stakeholder engagement experience.
• Hands-on exposure to BlackLine / HighRadius implementations .
• Solid understanding of Agentic AI, RPA, and finance automation concepts .
• Prior experience in technology implementation within R2R is a strong advantage.
