Job Description

Purpose

As AVP Global Product Marketing, you will own the global positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for Digital Experience Platform (DEP) and Digital Banking Experience solutions within iGCB.

This role focuses on shaping how Intellects omnichannel, personalization, and customer experience platforms are positioned for global banks, driving demand through compelling narratives, integrated campaigns, and strong sales enablement.


Key Accountabilities

  • Lead global product marketing for Digital Experience Platform (DEP), including digital banking, omnichannel engagement, personalization, and customer experience solutions.
  • Define product positioning, messaging, and differentiation aligned to bank buyer personas (CX, Digital, Marketing, IT, Business Heads).
  • Develop and execute global GTM strategies and launch plans, ensuring consistency across regions with localized relevance.
  • Partner with Regional Marketing and Sales teams to industrialize campaign themes and orchestrate integrated GTM motions.
  • Drive demand generation and pipeline growth through digital campaigns, ABM programs, events, webinars, content syndication, and partner-led initiatives.
  • Collaborate with industry analysts, technology partners, and ecosystem players to strengthen thought leadership and market visibility.
  • Create high-impact global content:
  • white papers, POVs, blogs, case studies, solution briefs, analyst decks, and joint PR with customers.
  • Track and manage marketing KPIs and ROI, including funnel metrics, campaign performance, and marketing contribution to revenue.
  • Mentor and guide team members, promoting execution excellence, innovation, and collaboration.


Required Skills & Abilities

  • 1015 years of experience in Product Marketing / Field Marketing within Banking, BankTech, FinTech, or Enterprise SaaS.
  • Strong experience marketing Digital Experience Platforms, Digital Banking, Omnichannel, CX, or Personalization solutions (not lending-focused).
  • Proven expertise in GTM strategy, product positioning, messaging, and global launches.
  • Hands-on experience in B2B demand generation and marketing automation tools:
  • HubSpot, Marketo, Eloqua, Salesforce, LinkedIn, Google Analytics.
  • Exposure to digital transformation programs, analyst relations, and strategic alliances.
  • Strong content storytelling skills with ability to translate complex platforms into clear business value.
  • Commercial mindset with ability to align marketing initiatives to pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Self-driven, technology-savvy, and comfortable working in fast-paced, global environments.
  • Open to travel as required.
