AVP - Pricing Personal Lines Underwriting

Role: AVP -Pricing (Personal Lines Underwriting)

Location: Corporate Office (Prabhadevi, Mumbai)

Required Work Exp.: Min. 8 to 10yrs

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with the product teams and actuary to collect and interpret detailed pricing support at OEM & Non-OEM level, schemes, and the portfolio as such.
• Apply and incorporate effective pricing approaches at make, model & portfolio level along with analysis to the new products launched by the company.
• Contribute to price review exercise at regular intervals through market benchmarking & identifying the areas for correction
• Make sure of the integrity of datas throughout the teams.
• Manage all the expectations of the key shareholders and work together to achieve shared organizational goals

Competencies:

• Brief knowledge or experience about general insurance pricing for Motor and health products.
• Excellent analytical skills with ability to draw conclusions and provide specific recommendations; ability to work with large data and identify emerging trends and opportunities.
• High degree of hands-on proficiency in analytic tools including VBA, financial modelling and MS Office; ability to translate data into prescriptive actions.
