Role Summary:

Seeking an experienced AVP Order Management to lead end-to-end Order Management operations within the Supply Chain domain. The role will drive efficient order lifecycle management, operational excellence, and cross-functional coordination across planning, logistics, and fulfillment teams while ensuring high service levels and process efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end order lifecycle including order intake, processing, tracking, backlog management, and fulfillment coordination.
• Drive operational excellence, SLA adherence, and process governance within order operations.
• Partner with planning, logistics, manufacturing, and customer operations teams to ensure seamless order execution.
• Lead process improvement and automation initiatives across order management workflows.
• Manage large teams and stakeholder relationships across global supply chain functions.

Requirements:

• 13+ years of experience in Supply Chain / Order Management operations.
• Strong exposure to ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / Dynamics).
• Proven leadership experience managing large teams and complex SCM operations.
