Assistant Vice President SCM | Lead to Cash (L2C)

We are looking for a seasoned leader to head the Lead to Cash (L2C / Q2C) function and drive strategic operations, transformation, and stakeholder management across global clients. This role will lead end-to-end L2C operations, build high-performing teams, strengthen controls, and drive automation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end Lead to Cash (Quote to Cash) operations including Contract Management, Billing, Collections, and Accounts Receivable
• Drive transitions, knowledge management, and process standardization across regions
• Partner with Sales and Business teams on pricing strategy and commercial alignment
• Identify process improvement opportunities and implement automation & Lean Six Sigma initiatives
• Define and track KPIs, SLAs, dashboards, and executive reporting (monthly/quarterly close)
• Ensure strong governance framework, SOX compliance, audit readiness, and risk mitigation
• Collaborate with Finance and Technology teams to support system enhancements and transformation roadmap
• Build and mentor high-performing teams; drive performance management and capability development
• Establish structured stakeholder cadence and performance review mechanisms

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree required
• 1216 years of experience in Order Management, Contracting, and Quote-to-Cash operations
• Strong understanding of accounting processes; knowledge of ASC 606 preferred
• Proven experience in operations leadership, transitions, automation, and stakeholder management
