AVP Legal Entity Outsourcing Manager

The AVP will lead GHR Legal Entity Outsourcing initiative across all of GHR.  The newly created position will be responsible for deploying and the ongoing management of GHR service delivery to legal entities inside SSB.  The position will manage GHR services and SLAs globally delivered to SSB’s 90+ legal entities; manage quarterly legal entity review packages and be the primary interface for legal entities around GHR service delivery.

Individual Accountabilities

• Act as primary global GHR legal entity outsourcing lead for GHR’s service delivery for all employee legal entities.  Coordination between COE leads/business process owners, TPRM, steering committee and legal entities.

• Lead global implementations for creating, deploying and managing legal entity contracting, SLAs, required reporting and the ongoing maintenance of the program; take an active role in influencing process improvements and process efficiencies.

• Lead global creation, deployment and management of governance program for GHR legal entity approach including being the lead facilitator for GHR steering committee.

• Maintain GHR legal entity stakeholder engagement by providing consistent status updates at appropriate levels.  Examples may include:

  • Presents program/project updates and/or periodic service level reporting to GHR leadership

  • Oversight/monitoring of service-level issues

  • Creates internal and external communications

  • Quarterly self-service legal entity packages and live annual reviews with legal entities

• Ensures appropriate controls in place for security access administration to legal entity documents.

• Maintain strong relationships with GHR COE leads and business process owners to support consistent service delivery, compliance to SSBT programs, and supporting legal entities.

• Oversee and manage exceptions and escalation

• Support timely Identification, resolution, reporting or escalation of exceptions, breaches and suspicious activities as required by our risk and compliance programs

• Comply with risk and compliance programs and actions including the timely completion of related training
