About the Role
Results-driven Key Account Manager responsible for managing and growing mid-market accounts within the insurance broking space (H&B). Accountable for driving retention, revenue expansion, and strategic client engagement while delivering measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and retain a portfolio of key mid-market clients, ensuring revenue and retention targets are consistently achieved
Drive strategic account planning by setting priorities, aligning stakeholders, and conducting structured business reviews
Deliver executive-level reporting (weekly, monthly, quarterly) to proactively manage risks, issues, and growth opportunities
Identify and execute cross-sell and up-sell opportunities to maximize account revenue
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to launch new initiatives that enhance client value
Engage and mentor team members through constructive feedback, training, and growth opportunities
Experience & Requirements
23 years of experience in the insurance broking sector (mandatory) preferably in Health & Benefits (H&B)
Demonstrated success in managing and growing annual revenue portfolios
Proven experience handling key accounts and building long-term client relationships
Experience engaging with CHROs, HR Leaders, CFOs, and Finance Teams is an added advantage
