Overview:

Seeking a dynamic HR Technology Leader to drive digital transformation, automation, and innovation across HR operations. The role focuses on leveraging platforms like Workday and ServiceNow to enhance employee experience, streamline processes, and enable future-ready HR ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead HR technology strategy and roadmap across global operations, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Design and implement scalable HR solutions using Workday , ServiceNow , and automation tools.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives integrating AI, GenAI, and agentic solutions for improved efficiency and experience.
• Partner with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver end-to-end solution design and implementation.
• Champion process excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement across the HR technology landscape.
• Manage a small team, fostering collaboration and performance in a global, matrixed setup.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree with proven expertise in Workday and ServiceNow ecosystems.
• Strong experience in HR solution design, automation, and transformation initiatives.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing cross-functional teams and complex global projects.
• Deep understanding of digital HR trends, AI, and data-driven decision-making.

Preferred Background:

Experience with consulting or transformation-driven organizations such as Deloitte, Cognizant, Wipro, Infosys , or Workday Partners (e.g., Mercer) .
