Role Overview

We are looking for a driven Sales Leader to own and scale the revenue engine across travel bookings and digital products. The role involves leading an inside sales team, improving conversion rates, and driving revenue growth while ensuring strong customer experience and operational efficiency.

The candidate will manage a team of 810 inside sales professionals and play a key role in building scalable sales processes and a performance-driven culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor an inside sales team of 810 members to achieve revenue targets
• Improve lead-to-conversion rates through better sales processes, coaching, and performance tracking
• Utilize CRM tools, dashboards, and AI productivity tools to improve sales efficiency
• Partner with marketing teams to improve lead quality and demand generation
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to enhance CRM tools, automation, and sales workflows
• Drive supplier/partner negotiations to ensure competitive pricing and strong margins
• Build scalable sales processes, playbooks, and performance incentive structures

Must-Have Requirements

• 614 years of experience in sales leadership or inside sales management
• Proven experience managing high-performing sales teams
• Strong understanding of sales funnels, conversion metrics, and revenue management
• Hands-on experience with CRM tools, dashboards, and data-driven sales management
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Strong customer-centric mindset

Good to Have

• Experience in the travel industry (preferred)
• Alternatively, experience in Insurance or B2C digital product sales
• Exposure to digital products such as insurance or travel-related offerings
• Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment
• Familiarity with AI tools for sales productivity
