Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer to design, build and enhance scalable software solutions that support critical business and technology platforms. This role focuses on modern engineering practices, digital transformation and delivery excellence across complex initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop and deliver high-quality, scalable and maintainable software solutions
• Build and enhance microservices-based architectures using modern frameworks
• Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions through cross-functional collaboration
• Ensure adherence to secure coding standards, governance and risk controls
• Conduct and contribute to code reviews, promoting engineering best practices
• Implement effective unit testing to ensure code quality, performance and reliability
• Stay current with emerging technologies and contribute to technical excellence initiatives
• Influence technical decisions and contribute to operational effectiveness
• Lead complex assignments and support capability building within the engineering team

Required Skills & Experience:

• Hands-on experience with Java 17+, Spring, Spring MVC and Spring Boot
• Strong experience in microservices design and development
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as OpenShift, AWS, Azure or similar
• Frontend experience with React or native UI technologies
• Experience mentoring or managing junior engineers
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to operate in environments with high standards for risk, control and governance
