AVP – ERP – Oracle Fusion

The Head of ERP will own the end-to-end ERP landscape for one of Indias largest multi-specialty hospital groups. This role carries strategic and operational responsibility for managing live Oracle E-Business Suite and SAP ECC environments while leading a large-scale transformation to a unified Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP platform.

The role is critical to ensuring uninterrupted 247 operations for finance, supply chain, HR, and administrative systems in a highly regulated healthcare environment, while executing one of the most complex ERP consolidation programs in the country.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and governance for the existing Oracle E-Business Suite and multiple SAP ECC instances across the group
• Oversee day-to-day ERP operations including change requests, issue resolution, and closure of internal and external audit observations
• Ensure 247 system availability , performance optimization, and compliance with healthcare regulatory standards
• Lead the group-wide migration and consolidation from Oracle EBS and SAP ECC to Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP
• Define migration strategy including wave planning, data migration, cutover, and hyper-care support
• Own program governance including multi-crore budgets , timelines, risks, and stakeholder expectations
• Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of ERP functional experts, technical consultants, and analysts
• Establish a strong ERP Centre of Excellence , succession planning, and capability-building framework
• Act as the primary interface between Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, HR , and Technology teams across all group entities
• Drive cross-functional process standardization, harmonization, and change management
• Manage the complete vendor ecosystem including Oracle, SAP, system integrators, and managed service providers
• Champion data governance, master data management, analytics , and readiness for AI/ML initiatives on the Fusion platform
• Ensure robust security, access controls, segregation of duties , and compliance with NABH, HIPAA, DPDP , and statutory requirements

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 15+ years of progressive ERP leadership experience with at least 3 large-scale end-to-end implementations as Program Head or Delivery Lead
• Hands-on experience with one or more of Oracle E-Business Suite, SAP ECC/S4HANA, and Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP (Finance, SCM, HCM, EPM)
• Proven track record of leading migration and consolidation from Oracle EBS and/or SAP to Oracle Fusion Cloud
• Deep expertise in managing live Oracle E-Business environments , including change management, patching, audit remediation, and support
• Prior experience in healthcare or hospital IT strongly preferred ; candidates from pharmaceuticals, life sciences, or other regulated industries are also welcome

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with regular exposure to C-level and clinical leadership
