AVP - Designs (Civil & Structural)

B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering (M.Tech in Structural Engineering preferred)

1015 years of experience in civil & structural design, with strong exposure to mission-critical

facilities

Minimum 5+ years leading large-scale infrastructure or data centre structural projects

Proven experience in seismic design, heavy industrial structures, and high-availability

infrastructure

Strong knowledge of IS codes, ACI, Eurocodes, IBC, and international structural standards

Experience working on Tier-3 / Tier-4 data centre projects preferred

Expertise in ETABS, STAAD Pro, SAFE, SAP2000, and BIM coordination platforms

Strong understanding of foundation engineering, geotechnical coordination, and structural

audits

Demonstrated leadership in managing consultants and multi-disciplinary teams

Strong business acumen and executive-level communication skills
