Infrastructure experience with associated certifications (Certified solution architect, Azure Certified architect)
ITIL Certification would be mandatory.
Experience with MSP Audit requirement and fitment criteria's will be helpful
Understands & promotes security best practices
Experience with monitoring and metrics of a global infrastructure Experience on Wintel or Linux / Networks would be helpful
