AVP Data Solution Architect

Location: Bangalore / Hyderabad / Pune / Mumbai / Delhi / Chennai /Gurugram /Noida /Kolkata

Role Overview:

Senior leadership role responsible for defining and delivering enterprise-scale data solutions using Databricks or Snowflake . The role blends core data architecture leadership (60%) , cloud platform design (20%) , and presales solutioning (20%) , working closely with clients, sales, and delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end data solution architecture for large, complex engagements
• Design modern data platforms including Data Lakes, Lakehouse, and Cloud Data Warehouses
• Define data models, ingestion frameworks, integration patterns, governance, security, and performance standards
• Architect solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP , ensuring scalability, reliability, and cost optimization
• Act as a trusted advisor during presalessupport RFPs, proposals, estimations, and client presentations
• Translate business requirements into scalable, cloud-native data architectures
• Review architecture designs and guide engineering teams on best practices

Required Experience & Skills:

• 1218+ years in data engineering, analytics, or data architecture roles
• Strong hands-on and architectural experience with Databricks OR Snowflake
• Proven experience building enterprise data platforms on cloud
• Exposure to client-facing roles, presales, or solutioning engagements
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
