We are seeking a seasoned Cyber Delivery Manager with a strong background in the BFSI sector and consulting experience. This pivotal role involves overseeing the end-to-end delivery of cybersecurity projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives, and driving continuous improvement in service offerings.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Lead and manage cybersecurity delivery projects for BFSI clients, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Client Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships to understand their cybersecurity needs and challenges.
• Project Oversight: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of cybersecurity initiatives, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of cybersecurity professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with cybersecurity projects, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive the continuous improvement of cybersecurity service delivery processes, implementing best practices and lessons learned.
• Business Development: Support business development activities by identifying new opportunities, preparing proposals, and participating in client presentations.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 18 years in cybersecurity, with at least 8 years in a delivery management role within the BFSI sector.
• Consulting Background: Proven experience in a consulting environment, demonstrating the ability to manage client relationships and deliver complex projects.
• Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, frameworks, and technologies relevant to the BFSI industry.
• Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams, managing multiple stakeholders and priorities.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex cybersecurity concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Certifications: Relevant cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC, GIAC, CEH) are highly desirable.

Preferred Skills

• Identity & Access Management (IAM): Expertise in IAM solutions such as SailPoint, CyberArk, Hashicorp, Delinea and Microsoft Entra ID/AD.
• Privileged Access Management (PAM): In-depth knowledge of PAM tools and best practices.
• Data Loss Prevention (DLP): Experience implementing DLP strategies and solutions.
• Generative AI (GenAI): Familiarity with the application of GenAI in cybersecurity contexts.
• Detection & Response: Proficiency in Security Information and Event Management (SIEM), Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR), and Threat Detection and Response (TDR) platforms.
