Job Description

Enterprise Finance (EF) as a Business:

The operations of the EF (Enterprise Financing) team, which caters to Mid and Large Corporates across different industries. This team deals with corporates with annual revenue above 500 crores (INR), by providing credit limits across product categories like working capital financing, term loans, domestic and export invoice factoring, equipment financing, export finance, secured enterprise loans and refinancing of existing loans.



Roles and Responsibilities:

As an Assistant Vice President at Yubi, you'll have an exciting role, including:


  • Grow the client base of Yubis Enterprise Finance business by engaging in consistent client outreach through Linkedin, cold calling, emails and periodic client interactions.
  • Pre-qualify potential clients before reaching out based on parameters such as credit rating, annual revenue size of over INR 500 crores, across sectors and geographies.
  • Pitch Yubi platform to large corporations by understanding their capital structure and debt requirements.
  • Originate high value mandates for products such as fund-based working capital, terms loans, equipment loans, factoring and other secured debt products.
  • Demonstrate ability to engage in constructive and consistent dialogue with founders, directors and CFOs of target companies right from initial pitch to negotiating and closing term sheets.
  • Own and drive the P&L, as an individual contributor, for the assigned segment by achieving revenue generation through upfront fee generation from clients.
  • Be willing to travel 2-3 days every week for business development activities.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to discuss the status of potential clients and follow strict sales cadence.
  • Able to fruitfully engage with clients on all offerings of Yubi as well as comfortably handle consultative discussions.

Requirements:

  • 7-10 years of experience in Banks, NBFCs or Fintechs with demonstrated success in onboarding large corporate clients for commercial banking products.
