AVP - AIF Cat II - Fund Operations

Looking for 7-10 years+ experience in AIF fund accounting, compliance and operations. Squareyards is planning its maiden Real Estate Cat II AIF Fund and looking for experienced and qualified resources to join its asset management team in Mumbai

Responsibilities

• manage Fund Accounting at Fund and SPV level
• manage investor onboarding and KYC through appointed vendors
• manage partners of the fund like trustees, custodian, RTA, auditors, tax, law firm, merchant bankers, feeder fund
• make and update periodic fund performance to investors and the board of advisors
• present investment opportunities to the investment committee along with the Head - Asset Manager of the fund
• collaborate with team members to conduct diligence on the SPV companies
• manage a team of 2-4 in fund operations

Qualifications

• CA or Company Law is a must
• experience in real estate in India is a must
• experience of 7-10+ years above is must
• experience in a AIF Category fund is a must
